Request Correction or Removal
If you find incorrect information, want your medical institution's data removed, or notice expressions that may violate Korean medical law, please report via the methods below. We review and apply unpublishing or correction within 24 hours.
How to Report
- GitHub IssueUse the 'Suggest Edit' link at the bottom of each page or open an Issue in the GitHub repo. Change history is public.
- Email ReportFor sensitive reports, email takedown@(domain TBD). Identity / authority documentation recommended.
Required Information
- URL of the page in question
- Reason for correction / removal (factual error / legal violation / own institution / other)
- Documentation proving identity or rights holder status (if applicable)
Process
- Intake → first review within 24 hours
- Verification → unpublish or correct
- Reply to reporter + result recorded in git commit
